What is Alpha?

Alpha is a series of sessions exploring the Christian faith. Each talk looks at a different question around faith and is designed to create conversation. Exploring is good. We’re built for it. But for all our searching – it’s rare to find time to think, and talk, about the big questions of life; about faith and reason and God and meaning. What do we do at Alpha?

Food

Whether it's a group of friends gathered around a kitchen table, or a quick catch up over coffee and cake, food has a way of bringing people together. It's no different at Alpha.

Conversations

The talks are designed to engage and inspire conversation. They explore the big issues around faith, addressing questions from "Who is Jesus?" to "How does God guide us?"

The Alpha Film Series features interviews and stories from around the world. These twelve videos are designed to engage people in conversations about faith, life and Jesus.

Perhaps the greatest part of Alpha is meeting individuals from all walks of life with different questions – many of whom may become your support group and some of your closest

When will we run the course?

We conduct the course twice a year. Each season lasts for 12 sessions and they are held on Saturdays.
